Architecture & Interior Design Studio in South Brittany

Atelier Glaz

Harmony between Local Context and Global Vision

About us

Atelier Glaz is an architecture and interior design studio originally founded in Bali and now based in Brittany, France. Established in 2019 under the name M Plus T Studio, our practice builds on more than 25 years of combined experience. We have worked on a wide range of projects across Asia from private residences to luxury resorts and spas, as well as large scale urban developments.

We are an authentically Indonesian firm with both French and Indonesian heritage. This dual background informs a unique design approach—one that blends eastern and western ideologies into a cohesive, thoughtful aesthetic. Our international perspective, combined with hands-on experience across diverse cultural and environmental landscapes, allows us to create spaces that feel grounded, refined, and timeless.

Over the years, we’ve developed a deep relationship with nature, which continues to shape the way we design. From eco-conscious landscape planning to the creative use of reclaimed and local materials, our commitment to sustainability remains at the core of our practice. Whether it’s a private home or a large hospitality project, we strive to create places that resonate with their surroundings and with the people who inhabit them.

In 2025, we became Atelier Glaz to mark a new chapter in France. We continue our journey with renewed focus on architecture and interior design, while staying true to our creative roots and our passion for thoughtfully designed spaces.

Morgane Monfort

She is one of the founding partners of Atelier Glaz, an architecture and interior design studio committed to a sensitive, contextual, and contemporary approach. With a Master's degree in architecture from the Architecture school of Bretagne and accredited as a project manager in her own name (HMONP) at Architecture school of Clermont-Ferrand, she began her career at Fabrication, a studio based in Amsterdam, before moving to Bali in 2013, where she worked on major hotel and residential projects internationally.

Her professional experience has led her to positions of high responsibility, notably as Project Director and Studio Manager at Intaran Design (Karl Princic Design), where she led projects such as Radisson Blu Uluwatu, Rosewood Hoi An in Vietnam, Rosewood Hermana Mayor in Philippines, and Cheval Blanc Bali (LVMH group). In 2022, she joined Studio Jenquel as a senior architect, continuing to develop high-end residential projects. In 2019, she co-managed her own studio, first in Bali under the name M Plus T Studio, now relocated to France and renamed Atelier Glaz, to extend an architectural vision nourished by her international experiences and her attention to detail.
